The task of the module is to increase a quality control of subsequent stages of the logistics process in the context of the warehouse management. The most costly errors in managing the entire logistics process arise from mistakes made during the loading of orders onto trailers. Incorrectly packed orders... lead to unnecessary delivery delays and additional costs. The main task of this module is to streamline this process and reduce the risk of errors by guiding the warehouse worker through each step.

The warehouse module provides access to confirmed routes generated by our optimization module with all defined parameters of individual orders. First, the warehouse manager must select one of the available trailers that meets the requirements. Next, the warehouse manager receives a sequence of orders, that he loads onto the trailer in the given order. Each loaded order must be confirmed. Additionally, the warehouse manager has the option to add photos, comments, the number of security seals used, or the seal number if necessary. The requirement to go through all stages of the process will prevent errors and consequently reduce excess costs.
